Peter Pinkard, Managing Partner,
has a personal and family background in real estate that goes back several
generations in the Baltimore region. In addition, Pinkard has built an
impeccable reputation for delivering top-notch advisory services in connection
with the acquisition, re-development, development, operation and/or disposition
of real estate assets in multiple markets. Peter’s deep experience and contacts will be integral
to MCB’s ability to bring maximum deal flow and efficient project
execution. P. David Bramble, Managing Partner, is a corporate and real estate lawyer
by training, who began investing, arranging and financing real estate
projects while still in law school. Bramble left the full time practice
of law to operate and finance development deals on behalf of himself
and his partners on a full-time basis. Bramble is responsible for overall
transactional flow, financing, corporate management, and project execution. David R. Frederick, Managing Partner,
acts as the overall business executive with specific responsibilities
for company operations, business development, acquisition support and
investor relations. His primary focus is to supervise asset and project
management to maximize the value of the acquired assets and achieve
business plan projections. David has spent 30 years in business investing
and in the commercial real estate industry, 10 of which as the COO
of a full service, mid-Atlantic firm. Andrew Posil, Analyst, currently responsible for market analysis, analytical
modeling, and preparation of investment summaries, while also prospecting
for additional acquisition opportunities. Andrew also provides support
in asset management and business plan execution. He has completed a Masters
of Real Estate Science degree from the Carey School of Business at Johns
Hopkins University. Nguyen Minh Phuong (Minh), Analyst,
specializes in Excel and Argus modeling. She joined MCB with a background
in development and construction in her home country of Vietnam. Minh
is currently a candidate for a Masters of Science of Real Estate degree
from the Carey School of Business at John Hopkins University. |
