P. David Bramble, Managing Partner, is a corporate and real estate lawyer by training, who began investing, arranging and financing real estate projects while still in law school. Bramble left the full time practice of law to operate and finance development deals on behalf of himself and his partners on a full-time basis. Bramble is responsible for overall transactional flow, financing, corporate management, and project execution.

David R. Frederick, Managing Partner, acts as the overall business executive with specific responsibilities for company operations, business development, acquisition support and investor relations. His primary focus is to supervise asset and project management to maximize the value of the acquired assets and achieve business plan projections. David has spent 30 years in business investing and in the commercial real estate industry, 10 of which as the COO of a full service, mid-Atlantic firm.

Andrew Posil, Analyst, currently responsible for market analysis, analytical modeling, and preparation of investment summaries, while also prospecting for additional acquisition opportunities.
