this sector fertile ground for MCB. We believe the supply demand
curve is in our favor and that this trend will continue to
grow as the Baltimore/Washington melding process continues
over the next few decades.
MCB likes flex space that is strategically located, typically
single-story with 10- to 22-foot clear ceiling heights
with dock height, drive-in loading and extra parking. We
like buildings with very flexible design features that
often include a variation in space utilization, ranging
from office and retail through distribution, light industrial
and occasional heavy industrial uses.
